I hear a lot about you can get a free account at website for 3 days. If it is true, where do you get it at? And does it download GW for you or do you need to borrow CD from someone?
BTW I checked the searches on "free accounts" and found nothing.

Scroll down to "Get the Latest Guild Wars News & Updates" or something like that, and click it and read until you see a note about the event. Somewhere in there it should have a free access key for you to use

Or if you want to just take the easy way.. click the banner when you open the site

But... How can those non guild wars players play without downloading GW. And if you can download GW, then where do you get the download? That site doesnt tell me where I can get free version of GW. And how long does that account last?

When you click on the banner, on that page there is a convenient image link:

So they download it, enter the key and play.

For the rest of the questions, scroll down that page; it answers all of them.
